Corporate Events starting at $150/hr
Looking for a unique atmosphere for your corporate meetings, presentations, workshops, author signings, or parties? We offer a fun change to the standard boardroom space.
Amenities include, bluetooth speaker with both standard microphone and lavalier sets, Mobile Large Screen TV for Presentations, seating for up to 50, separate lounge and two space options. Optional setup add on for buffet and dining seating.
Ideas include: Training workshops, client classes, employee get togethers, mini conventions, and promotional events. Seating max 50
Venue Rules
- We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave that has become volatile, belligerent, or abusive in any way. If they will not leave peacefully, authorities will be involved.
- No alcohol is permitted on premises without the hiring of a licensed and insured bartender and only they handle the liquor.
- A damage deposit of $150 will be secured upon booking and refunded in full if no damage has occured for all receptions and events including alcohol.
- While children are welcome, all children MUST be accompanied and attended by an adult at all times.
- At booking, deposit must be paid in full to reserve date. The rest of the funds will be paid before leaving the location. Payments can be made through website, cash, cashapp, Venmo, or credit card. No personal checks will be accepted.
- Time extension WILL be added as an additional fee ( $50/extra 20 minutes), so please be aware of time restraints.
Event time starts accruing at booked time of event, i.e. booked time is noon, and you booked an Elopement package, the time allowed ends at 1 pm. Any additional time will be charged $50 - 20 minute increments, if time is available for extensions. We may make multiple bookings in a day, so timing is very important. Please make sure you are ready and your guests arrive early enough for the ceremony to start on time (but no more than 30 minutes early). If you would like to add on time to your package, knowing you will need more, please let us know at time of booking. If you need to cancel, you can rebook within 48 hours prior to scheduled event to retain your deposit. Rebooking can only happen once. No alcohol on premises without licensed and insured bartender.
