We work together to give you a sense of control and structure, so you can do what you best, CREATE! Prices start at $300 for an initial and follow up meeting.

Full Planning Services

For those who want someone else to take the wheel so they can focus on the rest of life's complexities. During initial consultation, we will get a grasp on your ultimate vision, budget, and how hands on you would like to be and we custom create you a schedule, day of timeline, vendor list, payment schedule, theme (if you wish), and so much more. We can either help you stay on top of it all, or do it all for you. It's all customizable to suit your needs. Starting at $500 for smallest package.

Day-of Coordination

This is seperate from planning, but sometimes even more useful. This is the ultimate stress free upgrade. As problem solving specialists, we will ensure that your event goes off without a hitch. From communicating with vendors, to ensuring guests know where to go and when, to making sure every decoration is in place. We have the experience and skills to handle any situation with grace, so you and your guests can just have fun! Starting at $125/hr.

Staging Services

Staging can set the mood for any event. From lighting, to centerpieces, and photography backgrounds, we can create unique worlds for your guests to enjoy.

We can use what you have, help you shop,  or bring specific items from our venue, to create the look you want Pricing starts at $125/hr
